At Craft Project Management, we specialise in commercial fitouts and refurbishments in Canberra . Here is a handful of the most frequently asked questions, if you would like to know more about our approach  and processes, we’d love to hear from you!

Q. What will it cost to complete my fitout?

A. For us to be able to develop the most accurate cost proposal for your fitout, we will need a conceptual design plan to allow us to seek quotes for your fitout or refurbishment. Like you, we value transparency, which is why we don’t provide upfront square metre rates – we believe they can be inaccurate and misleading.

Q. Can you complete my fitout on a fixed budget?

A. Yes. We understand you may have a set budget for your fitout project. It is our job to factor this into our planning process and make appropriate procurement decisions.

Q. Do you provide architectural and interior design services?

A. Yes. We have partnerships with preferred architects and designers, who we are able to engage as part of the collaborative fitout process. You will also be supplied with 3D images, which is a great way to see the transformation of your space.

Q. Is it okay if I use my own architectural plans for my fitout?

A. Yes, of course. We would be happy to provide you a cost proposal off your fitout plans.

Q. Is there scope to negotiate the cost?

A. We would be more than happy to meet with you to run through any lower proposal. If you are comparing more than one quote for your fitout, it is important to check each proposal is costed on the same scope (apples for apples).

Q. How long will it take to complete my fitout?

A. The completion time for each fitout will vary, depending on the size, scope, and lead times on materials and joinery items. As part of our 7-step fitout process, we will advise how long it will take and establish an agreed timeline.
